Engage Record replaced the functionality of previous CallParrot versions 6.0 and 6.2. Therefore, effective February 1, 2009, TelStrat discontinued support for all legacy CallParrot and iDVR products. This means existing Call Parrot or iDVR systems are no longer supported. Upgrading to Engage restores full product support.

Please be aware that running an unsupported system may jeopardize your
ITIL and PCI compliance standings and may place your organization at risk of
data loss or significant system downtime
in the event of recording server or
other system failure. Don't risk it!
  

Upgrading Is Easy
All customers with CallParrot or iDVR systems that are under warranty through the TelStrat Extended Warranty program, can upgrade their existing systems to Engage Record under the terms of their warranty.
