TelStrat’s introduction of the Engage Contact Center Suite in 2008 made our award-winning call recording technology part of a comprehensive solution for enterprise and contact center applications. The new suite’s Engage Record component leverages CallParrot Recording technology and incorporates new functionality such as:

Engage Contact Center Suite duplicates the functionality of previous CallParrot versions 6.0 and 6.2. Effective February 1, 2009, TelStrat placed these two CallParrot versions into an “End Of Life” mode. Customers with CallParrot systems that are under factory warranty, or warranty through the TelStrat Extended Warranty program, may upgrade from their existing systems to the latest Engage Record version under the terms of their warranty.
Customers with CallParrot or iDVR systems that are not under factory warranty, or warranty through the TelStrat Extended Warranty program may contact their authorized TelStrat reseller, TelStrat representative, or the TelStrat corporate office to determine the best method of covering their system through the TelStrat Extended Warranty program in order to upgrade to Engage Record.
