William J. Sisk
Vice President of Operations
William Sisk joined TelStrat in early 1996, beginning with a mission to ensure the high level of workmanship and product quality in the OEM (original equipment manufacture) product TelStrat manufactured for its primary customer, Nortel Networks. As Manufacturing Manager, Mr. Sisk oversaw the growth of TelStrat’s production capabilities, including a four year period that saw order revenues increase twelve-fold. Sisk also spearheaded the process improvements required to meet rigorous customer quality requirements and achieve an International Standards Organization (ISO9001) certified quality system.
Sisk has over 25 years experience in the high-tech industry. Prior to joining TelStrat, he served as Manufacturing Manager for Connectware, Inc., a subsidiary of AMP Inc., where he managed all internal manufacturing operations as well as subcontractor and turnkey vendors. Sisk also held positions as Project Engineer with USDATA Inc. and Product Engineer for VMX Inc.
Having led TelStrat’s evolution from a premier provider of OEM product to Nortel, to becoming a leading developer and manufacturer of a diverse line of telecommunications products servicing both the enterprise and carrier markets, Sisk continues to emphasize providing a high level of product quality and customer satisfaction as Vice President of Operations.
Sisk holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology in Irving, Texas.
