TelStrat offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to all its employees.
Health Insurance
TelStrat offers medical, dental, prescription, and vision coverage to
its employees and their dependents. TelStrat employee’s pay a small
portion of the monthly premium. Insurance is effective on date of hire.
Group Life Insurance
100% of your basic annual salary with a maximum benefit of $50,000 is included through the health insurance premium.
Short-Term Disability
Short-term disability is a self-funded plan offered to employees.
Benefits are paid at 70% of the employee’s base earnings until they can
return to work or long-term disability benefits begin.
Long-Term Disability
Benefits are in the amount of 60% of the employee’s base earnings to a monthly maximum benefit of $5,000.
Note: disability income is not subject to Federal Income Tax, only subject to FICA and Medicare Taxes. Employees are eligible for this benefit after a waiting period of 90 days.
Vacations\Holidays
Each employee earns 15 vacation days per calendar year. Employees
receive additional vacation days after completing 5 years of
employment. In addition, the company provides at least one floating
holiday per year and recognizes numerous national holidays.
401(k)
Eligible employees can join the Plan on their first day of employment. Enrollment periods are offered each quarter.
