TelStrat is happy to announce our new online ticketing system. This system allows TelStrat to provide a feature rich ticket tracking ability. All customer sites will have the ability to login in to submit a ticket, and track the ticket progress. All tickets submitted will have email updates sent out every time the ticket is updated. Along with the ability to submit tickets all warranty sites will also have the ability to download current software and product bulletins. While your system is under warranty TelStrat will provide the following services.- Complete access to all software.
- Support of all software and hardware provided by TelStrat.
- Ability to download all the service bulletins, and documentation.
Out of Warranty:
If your current TelStrat product is out of warranty, TelStrat will require you to contact your sales representative prior to providing any support or access to the software download page.
