Seamlessly configure and operate multiple CallParrot call recording servers in tandem.

Administrators and managers can now operate their CallParrot call recording systems even more efficiently by using the CallParrot Centralized Management Suite. Designed to save users from managing each server individually, this application allows user functions and commands to span across multiple CallParrot servers in tandem.

Operations such as server configuration, new user setup, user access provisioning, and even recorded call queries and filtering can be carried out in a single user session, thereby eliminating the need to log in to each server individually for administrative or standard usage purposes. Far more efficient administration and enormous time savings will result from the ability to perform various functions on multiple CallParrot servers concurrently.

  • Uses the same intuitive CallParrot interface as standard installations
  • Provides a comprehensive, consolidated view of system status and call records across multiple CallParrot servers
  • Execute a single query, sort, or filter across multiple CallParrot servers in unison to retrieve recorded calls matching any criteria (such as a particular customer, agent, date, time period, etc.)
  • Application can reside on its own dedicated server or can be co-located with a CallParrot voice recording server
  • Supports both fixed agent seating and free seating environments across CallParrot servers
  • Remotely operate all centrally-managed CallParrot servers via corporate extranet facilities
  • Up to 3500 simultaneous phone user sessions can be recorded and managed within a single network of CallParrot systems
