Engage Record is packed with useful, unmatched features, including Conversation Save ™, for one-touch, on-demand recording of an entire call from its beginning, even if the command is triggered mid-call.   • Automatic, selective, or on-demand call recording options right from the desktop or phone
  • Recorded calls can be replayed from any PC using standard Windows® media player
  • The only system with Conversation Save™ for on-demand recording of an entire call from its inception, even when activated mid-call
  • Recorded calls can be saved on a PC, emailed, stored on a server, archived to DVD or other remote mass archiving, including SAN/NAS, and used like any other standard audio file
  • Options for automatic emailing of recorded conversations to anyone at the end of a call
