TelStrat Announces CallParrot Release 6.0

CALLPARROT RELEASE 6.0 AND RETIREMENT OF PREVIOUS CALLPARROT VERSIONS

Valued CallParrot Customer:

The recent success of the latest CallParrot Business Call Recording version 6.0 has yielded an increase in market demand while contributing to the success in call center deployments worldwide. This new CallParrot Business Call Recording version 6.0 introduced functionality such as:

* Merging of previous CallParrot versions 4.7 and 5.0 - simplifying deployment and operation
* PC-based "Conversation Save" and "Record" functionality
* Nortel Duplicate Media Stream compatibility - allowing for recording of any Nortel IP phone
* Web or FAT Client based system access
* Centralized Management - for single client access to up to 8 CallParrot recording servers
* Screen Capture - recording of PC screens in Unison with recorded conversation
* System Reports using Microsoft Active Reports
  ...and much more

Since CallParrot Business Call Recording version 6.0 provides the same functionality of previous CallParrot versions 4.7 and 5.0, effective February 1, 2007, TelStrat will be placing these two versions into an ?End Of Life? mode.  Therefore, customers with CallParrot systems that are under factory Warranty, or Warranty through the TelStrat Extended Warranty program, may upgrade from their existing systems to the new CallParrot Business Call Recording version 6.0 under the terms of their Warranty.

Customers with CallParrot systems that are not under factory Warranty, or Warranty through the TelStrat Extended Warranty program, may contact their distributor, TelStrat representative, or the TelStrat Corporate office, in order to determine the best method of covering their CallParrot system through the TelStrat Extended Warranty program in order to obtain the CallParrot Business Call Recording version 6.0.

Additionally, TelStrat is currently looking for Field Trial sites for the CallParrot Business Call recording system version 6.1.  In this release, you will find:

* Nortel VoIP phone conversation recording "Beep Tone" support - on a per DN basis
* Nortel Symposium Client Log-In via PC integration
* Centralized Management enhancements
* Conversation Recording for Cisco CallManager VoIP networks
