About TelStrat
Headquarted in Plano, Texas, TelStrat® was founded in 1993 as a provider of OEM products for Nortel, Cisco, and other major telecom equipment companies. It released its first TelStrat-branded call recording solution, iDVR™, in 2000. TelStrat continued to evolve and advance the product in subsequent years - adding new features, capabilities, and platform compatibilities, including Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, ShoreTel, and others.
In 2005 TelStrat added Screen Capture and Agent Scoring to its product mix, while re-branding the product line as CallParrot™. In 2008, the company expanded the product portfolio into a comprehensive suite of contact center and business call recording solutions and made it affordable to companies of virtually any size. As part of this effort, TelStrat re-branded the product line as Engage Contact Center Suite™, to better capture the breadth of capabilities and new market focus.
The original CallParrot products became Engage Record, Engage Capture, and Engage Score. To these, the company added Engage Coach, a comprehensive agent evaluation, performance management, and e-learning tool; Engage Manage, an enterprise-scale, multi-site workforce management system; and, most recently, Engage Analyze, an advanced, phonetics-based speech analytics engine. Engage Suite makes capturing customer interaction, maximizing agent performance, streamlining workforce management, and knowledge mining call content affordable to any organization.
Today, Engage Suite's award-winning technology is proven in everything from small companies to large call centers at over 2000 installations worldwide. A customer-centric, channel-focused organization, TelStrat offers its Engage portfolio through a global network of over 300 reseller partners, including the most prominent names in telecommunications.
In 2008 TelStrat saw double-digit growth and record revenue, despite the down economy. The company continues to thrive, throughout 2009 and 2010, with record success into 2011.
